Our Story

The introduction of the Global Pandemic in early 2020 brought about a new way of life on a professional and personal level for many people. It was during a career break and her own job search that Superior Recruitment’s Managing Director uncovered a gap in the Employment Agency and Permanent Recruitment sectors in Cairns. The idea for Superior Recruitment was born in late 2020 out of a genuine desire to provide a specialised, adaptive recruitment solution to the Commercial sector. We offer unique service solutions that reflect the true needs of local businesses and job seekers.

Managing Director & Recruitment Specialist

As the Managing Director & Recruitment Specialist, Christine provides an honest, efficient, professional and highly confidential service. An ethical, relationship-centric recruiter with a solid reputation recruiting within various Commercial sectors since 2007.

Christine’s continued recruitment success comes from her dedication and genuine love for permanent recruitment across Management level, Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Sales, Marketing and Legal.  Christine also thoroughly enjoys seeing Client businesses grow, thrive and succeed with the right staff in place.  

When Christine is not recruiting, she loves spending quality time with family, she is the mum of three boys. Weekends are spent with family and friends enjoying one of the many beautiful beaches or hiking tracks in Cairns. Christine graduated Law/Arts from the ANU in 2006.
