Retained recruitment — We recommend Retained Recruitment as the optimum engagement method if you’re after ongoing high levels of service and defined outcomes. You simply pay an upfront fee (usually 50% of the total fee for non-executive work) to secure dedicated time.

Contingent recruitment — You pay only when we succeed (i.e. when you hire our candidate). Our fee is based on a percentage of the candidate’s annual package.

Contract and temporary — We source and payroll your employee, and take on all associated on-costs, including insurances, payroll tax and superannuation. We charge a percentage or fixed dollar margin, that varies depending on the length of the contract and the candidate’s rate of pay.

Executive search & selection — Our executive search and selection is a specialist team working at board level management and above finding talent amongst senior executives.

Payroll service — You know who you want to hire, but you want someone else to payroll them. We take on all associated on-costs including insurances, payroll tax and superannuation, in return for a small admin fee, on a percentage or fixed dollar basis.

Outsourced recruitment solutions — Recommended for companies that are ALWAYS hiring. Generally Fortune 500s use this solution. We engage a team, onsite, looking after your organisation’s entire recruitment process. In other words, we become your in-house recruitment department.

Volume recruitment — Generally the fastest method for hiring a large number of people, quickly. We use innovative methods to ensure we find the right people for your organisation FAST, without compromising quality.
